We process personal data in accordance with Law no. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data of the Principality of Monaco (the "Law"), which replaced Law no. 1.165 of 23 December 1993. Where applicable, we also take into account Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR"), which may apply on an extraterritorial basis to visitors located in the European Union.

Order and invoicing data are generally retained for the period required by applicable law. When your data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Non-essential cookies are placed only with your consent. In accordance with guidance from the Monegasque authority, cookies are not stored on your device for longer than 13 months.   • define directives concerning the retention, erasure and communication of your personal data after your death.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the Law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Monegasque supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP) — which replaced the Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN) — at apdp.mc.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
